Decorating Ideas
Drape some fish netting in corners of the room or across table tops for that nautical look.  Add shells, cut out fish,old shoes, anything you would find underwater

 

Sparkle Fish Balloon

 

Use balloons such as the Sparkle Fish Balloon above to mark the party spot; hang them on the mailbox, near the front door, or tie them to the birthday child's chair to mark the seat of honor.

Place balloons anywhere that strikes your fancy. The more the better!

Use push pins to hang blue crepe paper along the ceiling, making it look like you are "underwater.

Octopus-dogs -   Cut hotdog in half so you have two equal lengths.  Slice halfway up four times so you have 8 dangling sections.  Place in boiling water and watch them curl up like arms!  Serve with ketchup
