ULTIMATE PARTY PACKAGE
Package Terms & Conditions
The Ultimate Party Package is designed to provide a complete entertainment experience for large events, organizations, schools, churches, corporate events, HOAs, festivals, and community celebrations.
PACKAGE INCLUDES
· 3 Mechanical Attractions: Toxic Meltdown, 25 FT Rockwall, and 4-Way Bungee Trampoline
· 4 Inflatables recommended by A Party 2 Remember
· 2 Interactive Games
· Up to 8 Attendants for designated larger attractions
· Power for the included attractions
· Up to 3 hours of event operation
EQUIPMENT & AVAILABILITY
All equipment, attractions, attendants, and services are subject to availability. A Party 2 Remember reserves the right to substitute equipment or attractions of comparable or greater value when necessary due to availability, maintenance, equipment condition, safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customer selections are not considered confirmed until they are approved by A Party 2 Remember and included in the final rental agreement.
EVENT SITE REQUIREMENTS
The customer is responsible for providing a suitable event location and ensuring adequate space, access, parking, surface conditions, overhead clearance, and other site requirements necessary for the safe delivery and operation of the equipment.
Final placement and operation of all attractions are subject to approval by A Party 2 Remember.
Additional charges may apply when special site conditions, difficult access, excessive distance from unloading areas, stairs, unusual setup requirements, or other circumstances require additional labor or equipment.
ATTENDANTS
Up to 8 attendants are included for designated attractions. Attendants are provided to assist with the operation and safety monitoring of the attractions.
Attendants are not provided as childcare providers, security personnel, event coordinators, or general event staff.
The customer remains responsible for general guest supervision and for ensuring participants follow all posted rules and instructions.
POWER
Power is provided for the included attractions only.
Additional electrical requirements, generators, power distribution, or equipment outside the package may result in additional charges.
WEATHER & SAFETY
The safety of our customers, guests, employees, and equipment is our highest priority.
A Party 2 Remember reserves the right to delay, suspend, modify, relocate, or cancel an attraction when weather, wind, lightning, site conditions, equipment conditions, or other circumstances create an unsafe operating environment.
Weather-related decisions regarding the operation of equipment will be made by A Party 2 Remember based on safety requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer agrees to use the equipment only for its intended purpose and to follow all operating instructions and safety rules.
The customer may be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, improper use, or failure to follow instructions.
Customers and participants may be required to sign applicable waivers or releases before participating in certain attractions.
ADDITIONAL TIME & SERVICES
The package price is based on up to 3 hours of event operation.
Additional event time, equipment, attendants, upgrades, travel, site-specific requirements, or other services requested by the customer may result in additional charges.
FINAL AGREEMENT
The Ultimate Party Package is subject to the A Party 2 Remember Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions in effect on the date of the reservation. In the event of any conflict between this package description and the signed rental agreement, the rental agreement will control.
A Party 2 Remember reserves the right to modify package pricing, equipment selections, services, and package terms at any time.
Equipment, attractions, and services are subject to availability. Package selections must be confirmed by A Party 2 Remember prior to the event.
